Dublin Cycling Campaign are at Bord Bia Bloom!
We are delighted to announce that we’re off to the Bloom Festival this June bank Holiday weekend!
Dublin Cycling Campaign has set up up a bicycle parking centre, giving advice, pumping tyres, and handing out free bike bits over the weekend. Look out for us at the main/ southern entrance to Bloom, in Dublin’s Phoenix Park, just off Chesterfield Avenue here - https://maps.app.goo.gl/379J1KvtUMCivSw47. Our volunteers will be keeping your bike safe during your Bloom visit, and will be chatting to people about the work we do for cycling advocacy and sharing the joys of cycling, all while helping show that accessing big events by bike is convenient and sustainable!
Bord Bia Bloom is an uplifting, innovative horticulture, food, and drink show, with a focus on nature and sustainable living.
Dublin Cycling Campaign has been asked by the Bloom Festival organisers to manage the cycle parking provision on the site, and this year we’re grateful that Dublin City Council and Fingal County Council generously weighed in to support the creation of our bike parking facility.
The Bloom Festival website here - https://www.bordbiabloom.com/ - gives full details on the variety of services, features, events and stallholders.
Enjoy Your Visit by Bike!
