A message from our new Chairperson, Úna Morrison

Dear Dublin Cycling Campaign member,

As we approach the end of 2023, I’d like to take the opportunity to thank you for your support over the last year.

Our members have assisted us through their membership subscriptions, by contributing their energies to our campaigns, and by sharing the contact details of workplace colleagues with responsibility for CSR / ESG programmes that help to support charitable bodies. For all of this we are very grateful.

We have an exciting year ahead of us, as many cycling schemes work their way through the planning process and many more will commence construction in the four Local Authority areas in Dublin. Our campaigning efforts over many years are now, finally, really bearing fruit. We will also have the Local and European elections taking place in June 2024 and our aim is to keep active travel high up on the political agenda.

We look forward to engaging with you in the new year, and maybe you will include in your new year’s resolutions a commitment to become more involved in Dublin Cycling Campaign!? We are currently formulating a calendar of very sociable events for the year and would love to see you on board in 2024. At this point, we would ask that you save the following dates for our in person / hybrid public meetings (venue / details to be announced soon):
