ECF AGM Costs

Please note that we need final numbers for booking by Tuesday 18th March 2014. Guests and friends of delegates are most welcome but please book early.

Standard Cost €180

Per person for the Dublin AGM including

  • two nights (twin-sharing) accommodation with a full breakfast in the main ECF AGM hotel (arrive Fri 25th April, leave Sun 27th April)
  • lunches / teas & coffees on Friday and Saturday
  • evening meals on Friday and Saturday
  • a full Dublin City civic reception
  • bike hire for Sunday

Attendance Cost without Accommodation €70

If you do NOT require accommodation, the cost of €70 per person includes

  • lunches / teas & coffees on Friday and Saturday
  • evening meals on Friday and Saturday
  • a full Dublin City civic reception
  • bike hire for Sunday

Optional Trip to Sligo €185

To include the optional trip to Sligo per person, the cost includes

  • return train fare from Dublin
  • 3 nights twin-room sharing with a full breakfast in a hotel
  • one evening meal
  • bike hire for two days

    Please note: the costs of lunches, further evening meals and drinks trips are at the expense of the delegate.
