Do you want to see one of  your stunning  photographs hanging up in the Visitors Centre in the Phoenix Park?
We at The Dublin Photography School and the Dublin Cycling Campaign are running a photography Competition during National Bikeweek June 14th to June 22nd 2014. The competition runs from May 12th to midnight Sunday June 22nd 2014.

We are looking for photos about cycling. The best photos selected will be shown at the exhibition.
Our photography competition theme is “Cycling in the Phoenix Park” .
Let your creativity flow and capture  in your image what you feel is the essence of Cycling in the Phoenix Park . Entries can be in black & white or colour, can be taken during the day or at night and can be taken with any kind of camera from the smallest compact digital camera to the latest DSLR. The judges will include, a representative from the Dublin Photography School and a representative from Dublin Cycling campaign. The competition is open to everyone. All winning photos will be displayed at the visitors centre in the Phoenix Park during mobility week in September 2014.

1. 1st Prize- Photos displayed in gallery in Phoenix park. 250 Euro voucher from Dublin Photography School.
2. 2nd Prize- Photos displayed in gallery, 125 Euro voucher from Dublin Photography School.
3. 3rd Prize- Photos displayed in gallery and 75 Euro voucher from Dublin Photography School

Photo Tips:

All about bikes! Any scene that involves someone cycling, photos of bikes, unusual bikes, cyclist commuting, panning shots, cycling racing for example the Giro 2014!! Best of luck!
