The present proposed Dublin City Clonskeagh to Harcourt Road pedestrian and cycle scheme consultation, is seeking submissions by a deadline of next Tuesday 28th February. Overall it is an incredibly positive scheme proposal for both pedestrians and cyclists, but as usual there will be many naysayers objecting to the proposals. It is unique, in that it is consulting on both a quick build interim scheme and a long er term permanent scheme - check the scheme details on the City Council website here - https://consultation.dublincity.ie/traffic-and-transport/sc2c/

We have prepared a DRAFT submission attached below, which we urge you to read, and adapt as you see fit, or merely take a look at our final Conclusion Chapter on page 10 of the attached PDF and use those priority points outlined. But it is most important that as many cycling voices as possible are heard as part of this consultation on a significant active travel project in Dublin City. please, GET YOUR SUBMISSION IN BEFORE THE DEADLINE OF TUESDAY 28TH FEBRUARY!
