Dublin City Council are at the final stages of drafting a new City Development Plan, which will shape the policies and plans for the City over the coming years. This document is key to determining the kind of City we might expect in the future! The latest DRAFT of the Plan is now available online and open till 11th December next for final submissions and comments. Dublin Cycling Campaign have already made a pre-submission and will be one of many organisations making a final submission.

At this public meeting Councillor Andrew Montague, Chair of Dublin City Council Planning Committee, will explain the issues involved, the labrynthine process of drafting a City Development Plan, and how you can have a say in shaping the future of your City. Andrew is a former Lord Mayor, and a champion of Cycling in Dublin. Come along, find out what’s happening, and ensure you will have your say in the future of the City!
